I always strive to provide the best pictures possible and where pictures fail, to provide as true a description as possible.
However, I know from personal experience, that buying over the web has certain constraints, namely, you can't really touch
and feel the specimen as you would when viewing it in real life, and no matter how good the specimen may look on a website,
it isn't until it is in your hands that you can really be happy (or un-happy) with your purchase. In this spirit, I provide a 10 day
(from the time of delivery) period for you to notify me that you would like to return the specimen. If you buy it, and you just don't
like it the way you thought you would, I will re-imburse you (upon satisfactory reciept of the specimen) less the shipping cost.
If it arrives and it is not as shown in the pictrures, or as described (for example I state 'no damage' and you find obvious damage)
I will re-imburse you the full amount plus shipping as that is only fair to you. This is how I like to be treated when buying a
specimen on-line and it is how I intend to treat all my customers.
Thanks,
Greg
