Very nice Tourmaline var. Elbaite with Lepidolite from Minas Gerais, Brazil.    Very nice lustre with no damage on this impressive specimen.

 The core is a deep forest green that really glows with backlighting. The pinacoid termination grades to a very dark green, almost black.

It is actually doubly terminated with the bottom end completely covered in lepidolite.   Better than my photos suggest.   7x3x2cm    $300
